With the ability to cater for a full and varied diary of conference and events, the accent is on flexibility and quality with a highly trained and dedicated customer focused team on hand to ensure that all functions meet your needs and requirements.

The Centre has four rooms available to accommodate 10 – 314 delegates. We can provide everything from straightforward room hire to a complete package including catering and equipment.

The Great Hall

Overlooking the Great Ouse and beautiful parklands, the Great Hall is a light and airy room providing an ideal setting for your conference. Situated on the ground floor the Great Hall has access to a spacious veranda overlooking the panoramic views of the river.

The Great Hall can be used for holding a conference of up to 314 delegates. The room layout is combined with flat and tiered seating. A theatre stage is available to position a screen for your Power point displays and a top table for your speakers. The furniture arrangements detailed are the standard layouts. They may be varied according to your needs but must comply with Health and Safety Regulations. The Duty Officers are available to assist with planning these arrangements. The Guest Hall is situated on the first floor, which has a beautiful view of the Great Ouse and parklands. It can accommodate 80-140 people for conference and training purposes. It also has a kitchen area for refreshment preparation.

The Hall has easy access either by a two level staircase or a lift.

The Moot overlooks the Great Ouse and the beautiful parklands. Situated on the first floor, it can accommodate parties from around 15-20 people boardroom style or 20-30 theatre style. It is perfect for a smaller meeting.

The Cloisters is situated on the ground floor by reception, the Cloisters has access to the Spacious Veranda to enjoy the panoramic views of the beautiful parklands adjacent to the centre. The Moot can accommodate parties from around 20 people Boardroom style, or 30-40-theatre style. This room is perfect for a team building session or a meeting simply away from the office.

The Cloisters is also suitable for reception Tea and Coffee to be served to welcome your guests and as a buffet room for the larger conferences.
